Big Bergslag canoe tour
The 10-day canoe tour from Gustav Adolf in Värmland offers a considerable challenge for outdoor enthusiasts with experience. During the trip you will experience maximum nature experience with little construction and lots of variety as you cross untouched forest areas, navigate narrow winding rivers and explore several large lakes with beautiful views.
The trip ends at Sundsjön. Along the route there are many uninhabited islets where you can camp and with some luck spot deer, moose, cranes or other wildlife. With a distance of about 150 kilometers and 17 land runs, the longest of which is 4 km (at low water levels up to 7 km), this challenging trip offers plenty of opportunities besides canoeing to fish, swim, light fires and explore the uninhabited islands.
