Warm summers and cold winters
Climate in Sweden
Typical for Sweden are the relatively warm summers with rather stable weather. During the day, the average temperature is between 18 (north) and 22 degrees (south).
Longer periods with sunshine and temperatures of 25 degrees or higher are not uncommon in the summer. Several days per year, the temperature even rises above 30 degrees or higher. Because the relative humidity in Sweden is low, the weather is even pleasant when the temperature rises above thirty degrees Celsius. On the warmest days there is often little or hardly any wind.
